Product Introduction
The external coil heating reactor features rapid heating, heat-resistance, anti-corrosion, sanitation, environmental friendly, automatic heating, convenient, etc. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, rubber, pesticide, dyes, medicine and food fields for completing the sulfuration, nitrification, hydrogenation, alkylation, polymerization, condensation and other process. Product Details
1. The spiral external coil design reduces the wall thickness of kettle’s body and improves the pressure-bearing ability. The thickness of the external coil reactor’s body and head are 37.5% and 50% thinner than the jacket type’s respectively. It is good for improving heat transfer efficiency.
2. It can be applied to cooling process.
3. It can improve medium’s velocity inside the coil, the high-speed flow of medium can effectively prevent scaling on the inner surface of jacket.
4. Save energy consumption. The jacket’s volume is 8 times than the coil’s volume, so it will save investment.
5. Reducing the overall diameter of the kettle’s body, it good for workshop’s layout.
